process.

subordinated, fixed rate financing for fixed assets including machinery and equipment
with a life of ten or more years, or real estate loans with a maturity of 20 years.
The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) 7(a) Loan Guarantee Program is the
primary SBA mechanism for financing user-owned or user-operated business expansions.
